The magic of Montana Craft Kitchen comes from our dedication to the craft and high quality service. Unique, customized menus will stimulate appetites as well as conversations about food traditions, local agriculture and wildcrafted ingredients. Chef Chris DiMaio's cuisine is thoughtful and elegant, inspired by his Sicilian heritage and his passion for nature. Wild foraging for ingredients, working closely with local farmers and ranchers, Chef DiMaio curates a dining experience which is simultaneously luxurious and approachable. We celebrate the bond that eating locally and seasonally builds between us and the farmer. We welcome the challenges that Montana's long winter season brings, employing preservation methods, such as fermenting, curing, drying and canning. These techniques allow us to bring a little bit of sunshine to even the coldest winter menu. We look forward to hosting your event and sharing our heart warming, creative cuisine with you!
